Limassol Development Company Ltd, with the business name ANELEM Ltd., was founded on October 21, 2005, from 11 communities of the Kouris-Xylouriko cluster with the occasion of the design and implementation of the Community Initiative LEADER, at the local level. Since then, through constant capital increases the company systematically expanded the partnership to include as many as possible stakeholders of Limassol. The purpose of ANELEM Ltd. is the development of the wider area of Limassol through its contribution to the development, deployment, management, maintenance and protection of natural and cultural resources, the introduction of innovation and entrepreneurship in the productive system, the introduction and expansion of the use of renewable energy sources and the support and improvement of new collective structures and social development.
